Ingredients:

  • Thick coconut milk – 1 cup

  • Sugar – 1 tsp (optional)

  • A pinch of cardamom powder

Method:

🍛 Veg Stew

Ingredients:

  • Mixed vegetables (carrot, potato, beans) – 1 cup

  • Thin coconut milk – 1 cup

  • Thick coconut milk – ½ cup

  • Green chilies – 2 (slit)

  • Ginger – 1 inch (julienned)

  • Curry leaves – a few

  • Salt – to taste

  • Coconut oil – 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Cook vegetables in thin coconut milk with salt and green chilies.

🌱 Kadala Curry

  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp

  • Coconut – ½ cup (roasted and ground)

  • Spices – mustard, curry leaves, chili powder, coriander, turmeric

Method:

  1. Pressure cook kadala.
  2. Sauté onion, tomato, and spices.
  3. Add kadala, ground coconut paste, and simmer.

🍯 Jaggery Syrup

Ingredients:

  • Jaggery – ½ cup

  • Water – ¼ cup

  • Cardamom – 1 pinch

Method:

Melt jaggery in water, strain if needed, and simmer with cardamom.

🧄 Garlic Chutney

Ingredients:

  • Garlic – 6 cloves

  • Dry red chilies – 3

  • Tamarind – a small piece

  • Salt – to taste

  • Oil – 1 tsp

Method:
