Ingredients:

  • Paneer – 200g (cubed)

  • Tomato – 3 (pureed)

  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)

  • Butter – 2 tbsp

  • Cream – 2 tbsp

  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp

  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp

  • Garam masala – ½ tsp

  • Kasuri methi – 1 tsp

  • Salt – to taste

Method:

1. Heat butter in a pan, sauté onions till golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes.

2. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, and salt. Cook till oil separates.

3. Add paneer cubes, cream, garam masala, and crushed kasuri methi.

4. Simmer for 5 mins. Serve hot with tandoori rotti.

🥣 Dal Makhani

Ingredients:

  • Whole urad dal – ½ cup

  • Rajma (kidney beans) – 2 tbsp

  • Tomato – 2 (pureed)

  • Butter – 2 tbsp

  • Fresh cream – 2 tbsp

  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp

  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp

  • Garam masala – ½ tsp

  • Salt – to taste

Method:

1. Soak dal and rajma overnight. Pressure cook until soft.

2. In butter, sauté ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree.

3. Add chili powder, salt, cooked dal, and rajma. Simmer 20 mins.

4. Stir in cream and garam masala. Serve with hot rottis.

🧅 Onion-Lemon Salad

Ingredients:

  • Onion – 1 (sliced into rings)

  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Chaat masala – ½ tsp

  • Coriander leaves – chopped

Method:

1. Toss onions with lemon juice, salt, and chaat masala.

2. Garnish with coriander.

🍛 Baingan Bharta

  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp

  • Chole masala – 1 tbsp

  • Red chili powder – ½ tsp

  • Oil – 2 tbsp

  • Salt – to taste

Method:

1. Heat oil, sauté onions and ginger-garlic paste.

2. Add tomato puree, spices, and cook until oil separates.

3. Add chickpeas, ½ cup water. Simmer 10–15 mins.

4. Serve hot with crisp tandoori rottis.
