Ingredients:
Mixed vegetables – 1 cup (carrot, beans, potato, peas)
Onion – 1, chopped
Tomato – 1, chopped
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Coconut – ¼ cup
Poppy seeds – 1 tsp
Cashews – 5
Fennel seeds – ½ tsp
Spices: turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, salt
Method:
- Grind coconut, poppy seeds, cashews, and fennel into a smooth paste.
- Sauté onions, tomatoes, and ginger-garlic paste. Add spices.
- Add veggies and water; cook until soft.
- Add the ground paste and simmer. Serve hot!
🍗 Chicken Chettinad Curry
Ingredients:
Chicken – 500 g
Onion – 2, sliced
Tomato – 1, chopped
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Chettinad masala (coriander, cumin, fennel, pepper, cloves, cinnamon – roasted & ground)
Coconut milk – ½ cup
Salt, turmeric, chili powder
Method:
- Sauté onions and ginger-garlic paste until golden.
- Add tomato, spices, and chicken. Mix well.
- Add water and cook until chicken is tender.
- Stir in coconut milk; simmer for 5 mins. Serve with parotta!

Ingredients:
Boiled eggs – 4
Onion – 1, chopped
Tomato – 1, chopped
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala
Method:
- Sauté onion, tomato, and ginger-garlic paste.
- Add spices and cook well.
- Add boiled eggs and curry leaves. Simmer for 10 mins.

Ingredients:
Toor dal – ½ cup
Onion – 1, chopped
