  • Carrot – 1 (chopped)

  • Beans – 10 (chopped)

  • Potato – 1 (cubed)

  • Green peas – 1/4 cup

  • Onion – 1 (sliced)

  • Tomato – 1 (chopped)

  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp

  • Coconut – 1/4 cup (grated)

  • Cashews – 5 (soaked)

  • Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp

  • Poppy seeds – 1/2 tsp

  • Oil – 2 tbsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Water – as needed

Method:

  1. Prepare the Paste: Grind coconut, cashews, fennel, and poppy seeds with a little water to a smooth paste.
  2. Sauté Veggies: Heat oil, add onions and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté till golden.
  3. Cook Veggies: Add tomatoes, all vegetables, salt, and water. Cook covered for 10 mins.
  4. Add Paste: Mix in the ground paste. Simmer for 5 mins.

  • Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
