Onion – 1 (sliced)

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Coconut – 1/4 cup (grated)
Cashews – 5 (soaked)
Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
Poppy seeds – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Water – as needed
Method:
- Prepare the Paste: Grind coconut, cashews, fennel, and poppy seeds with a little water to a smooth paste.
- Sauté Veggies: Heat oil, add onions and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté till golden.
